Documents provided are:

  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Articles of Incorporation
  3. Standard By-Laws
  4. Appointment of First Directors
Wigley & Associates Inc. can also provide additional documents such as Certificate of Good Standing etc. upon request.

The documents are 'sealed' by the Company Registry. We can arrange to have them apostilled in Anguilla for a fee of US$70.00 per apostille.

Documents can be forwarded upon request by registered post or by courier (cost of courier service not included).
 


Do Directors details have to be disclosed upon incorporation?
 

No. The identity and details of Directors do not have to be disclosed to the Companies Registry upon incorporation. All information relating to the Directors of an International Business Company are kept strictly confidential by Wigley & Associates Inc. and is protected by the Confidential Relationships Act 1981.
 


What is the standard minimum capital of an IBC formed in Anguilla?
 

There is no required authorised capital under Anguillian law. However the standard authorised capital is US$50,000.00.
 


What does it cost to have the documents notarised?
 

Notarising documents cost US$25.00 per document notarised.
 


What are the requirements in relation to the beneficial owners of IBCs incorporated in Anguilla?
Suppose we wish to form a company. Which details exactly about the owners would you need?

 

We normally require the information in the form of:

  1. Certified passport photo Identification;
  2. Two bank references (OR one bank reference and one reference from accountant, attorney or from the beneficial owner's home police regarding the good standing of the beneficial owner)
  3. A memorandum by the beneficial owner stating the reason for establishing the account and the nature of the business to be conducted, estimated level of turnover expected for the account, and the source of the funds.
